Chair delivery

This policy covers chairs only. Made-to-order stone tables aren't covered here. Their delivery terms are in our shipping policy for made-to-order tables.

Dispatch

We dispatch chair orders within 3 to 5 working days of your order. Chairs marked as made to order on their product page need extra time before dispatch, as shown on that page.

Delivery

Your chairs will arrive within 3 working days of dispatch.

Working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays. We deliver chairs Monday to Friday only, with no weekend or bank holiday deliveries. An order placed on a weekend or bank holiday is processed on the next working day.

Where we deliver

We deliver chairs to addresses across the whole of the UK.

Cost

Delivery is free on all chair orders.

Tracking

We'll email you tracking details once your chairs have been dispatched.

Ordering chairs with a table

If you order chairs together with a made-to-order table, the chairs are sent separately. They follow the times above, and the table follows the table shipping policy.
