Hospitality

Made-to-order natural-stone tables for restaurants, cafés, hotels and other hospitality spaces. Whether you are furnishing a new venue or updating an existing interior, send us your plans so we can discuss the tables, quantities and timing your project needs.

Tables for your venue

  • Restaurants and dining rooms: discuss table sizes, seating layouts and quantities for your dining space.
  • Cafés and coffee shops: plan tables around your floor space, seating requirements and day-to-day use.
  • Hotels and guest accommodation: consider dining, coffee, side and console tables for shared spaces and guest rooms.
  • Lounges and reception areas: explore tables for waiting areas, informal seating and arrival spaces.

Tell us how each piece will be used, including the expected level of use and any cleaning or maintenance requirements. Material choice, dimensions and suitability should be discussed before you order. Natural stone varies in colour and veining, so individual pieces will not look identical.

From initial enquiry to delivery

  1. Share your brief. Include the venue type, delivery postcode, table quantities, approximate dimensions and your preferred installation or opening date. Floor plans, reference images and a schedule of furniture can help explain your requirements.
  2. Discuss the specification. Review the proposed stone, sizes and other project requirements with us. Flag access restrictions and any fixed deadlines at this stage.
  3. Review your quotation. Confirm the specification, pricing, payment terms, estimated lead time and delivery arrangements in writing before placing your order.
  4. Plan production and arrival. Once the order details are agreed, allow time for production and coordinate delivery with your venue's readiness.

Planning your lead time

Our usual made-to-order lead time is 4–8 weeks. Treat this as an initial planning guide, not a confirmed delivery date for your project. Quantities, specifications and delivery requirements need to be reviewed before a project timetable is agreed.

If you are working towards an opening, refurbishment or phased fit-out, include the key dates in your enquiry. Allow time to finalise the specification and prepare the site, and agree the project schedule before committing to an installation date.

Delivery and site access

Include the delivery address and postcode with your brief so the delivery approach and any charges can be confirmed in your quotation. Tell us about stairs, lifts, door widths, loading restrictions, parking and delivery time windows, along with any on-site handling or installation requirements.

Do not assume that installation, positioning or packaging removal is included. Agree the scope of delivery before ordering, and identify a site contact who can coordinate receipt of the tables.

Project briefs: illustrative examples

The examples below show the kind of information to include in an enquiry. They are not completed Grosvenor Marble Co projects.

  • A café refresh: a floor plan, the number of tables being replaced, preferred sizes and the dates when the space is available for delivery.
  • A restaurant fit-out: a table schedule, seating layout, material references and a target opening date, with any phased delivery requirements noted.
  • A hotel lounge update: a list of coffee, side and console tables, room dimensions and access details for each area.
